the room was too warm upon arrival i adjusted the ac but it did not change i had a restless night due to the temperature this issue persisted even after i reported it the control lights in the room were also excessively bright i could not achieve complete darkness

The hotel entrance looked beautiful!!! i loved seeing the complimentary wine. That was a thoughtful touch. the hotel's location proved convenient. I found it very close to the metro. receiving chocolates was a sweet surprise!!!
The room door had an issue, and it wasn't immediately resolved. eventually, i was moved to another room, but it had problems with the bathroom door. the bathroom door was difficult to open and close. It seemed like a hassle. the care of the pool could definitely improve.
